Rehmann Rayani

Rehmann Rayani joined Model N in 2018 and is currently Chief Services Officer, responsible for leading all services lines including Professional Services, Application Services, Business Services, Education Services, and Services Operations. Previously, Rehmann was Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Model N responsible for Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Global Marketing during a period of business model transformation which led to the company sale to Vista Equity Partners in 2024. Rehmann brings 20+ years of experience in enterprise software and technology as a strategy and go-to-market leader.

Earlier in his career, Rehmann held various management roles at Plex Systems (sold to Rockwell Automation), Oliver Wyman, and ValueAct Capital. Rehmann holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in finance and physics from McGill University.
