A chemist by training, Nick started his career as a representative for SmithKline Beecham, before moving into sales management at Boehringer-Ingelheim. In 1998, he decided to leave the corporate world to pursue his passion – identifying and executing new ways of working. This decision took Nick on an exhilarating 20-plus year journey. His first business, Health Sector Publishing, helped the life sciences industry navigate the embryonic world of market access. Following the success of HSP, Nick invested in Infonetica, a trail-blazing IT company that expedited the clinical trial ethics application process. In 2005 Nick combined his experiences to create NHiS, a leading-edge organization assisting payer-focussed teams communicate value. In 2013, NHiS was purchased by Wilmington PLC, with Infonetica and HSP being sold to a private buyer. This allowed Nick to exclusively focus on the rapidly growing area of value-based contracting and for the last five years, Nick has led Verpora. The company actively assists U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers to develop and deploy VBA for primary care medicines through to specialist areas such as immuno-oncology and gene therapy. Highlights

Everything I learned from the presentations and conversations with customers have given the team valuable insight into CDM. It would have taken months to learn/research on our own as much as we have learned from 2 days at your conference.

It was another great Rainmaker. I continue to learn more about the current product and new possibilities. I liked hearing how other companies are using Model N.
