Is there a group rate if my company is sending more than one person?

Yes, there is a group rate if your company sends four or more attendees. The group rate is $1,599 per person.

What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and purchase orders as payments for Rainmaker20 conference passes. We’ll accept payments made by purchase orders for fees totaling $1,699 or more until February 29, 2020. Full payment must be received by March 10, 2020. Attendees who haven’t submitted full payment prior to their arrival at the conference will be charged the late rate ($2,199), and payment will be due immediately before they can enter the conference.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@modelnrainmaker.com. Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date the request was submitted:
  • Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, January 10, 2020.
  • 50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, January 11, 2020, and 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, February 28, 2020.
  • No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, February 29, 2020.

Is there a Prospect pass to attend Rainmaker20?

Yes, the Explorer pass gives you access to all Rainmaker keynotes, general sessions, breakout sessions and the Partner Pavilion, as well as the Welcome Reception, Rainmaker Awards Reception, Cloud 9 Party and all meals. Registration will open in November 2019. Explorer passes are $95.
Pre-Event Training

How do I register for pre-event training or edit my choice of training class?

In-depth pre-event training sessions will be held Wednesday, March 11, from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m. We will also offer walk-in, 25-minute training sessions in the Partner Pavilion during Partner Pavilion hours. Please see the Agenda page for details. You can add training sessions to your schedule when you register for Rainmaker20. If you need to add training later, log in to your Rainmaker20 registration account and add it to your already-existing conference pass. You’ll need your email address and confirmation number to modify your registration. Note: You cannot sign up for pre-event training unless you have purchased a full conference pass.

Can I go to any of these sessions and mix tracks on the agenda?

How can I book a hotel room?

Hotel reservations for Rainmaker20 can be made after the registration process is complete. Once registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email with hotel reservation instructions. The confirmation email will include a reservation link and phone number. You can reserve your hotel room online, via the link, or by calling the hotel reservation phone number provided. Rooms are available at a cost of $289 per night.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

From the time of booking until 5 days prior to check-in, a two night room and tax penalty will apply to the cancellation of any rooms. Within four days of check-in the full payment of room reservation and tax will be charged as a cancellation penalty.

What do I need to bring with me to check in at Rainmaker20?

Please be prepared to show a photo ID in order to pick up your conference name badge.

I lost my badge. What do I do?

Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $100 fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.

What is the weather like in Orlando in March?
