Q. How do I stay informed about Rainmaker21 event?
A. If you would like to be the first to be notified when registration opens for Rainmaker21, please fill out the form by clicking on the STAY INFORMED button on top of this page.
Q. As a Rainmaker20 registrant will I receive a refund?
A. All Rainmaker20 registration purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment. We will issue a full refund for the pass or group package you purchased at the time of registration. A confirmation email and refund receipt will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to post to your credit card. If you have purchased via check or wire transfer, we will contact you directly to verify refund options. If you have not received a refund email by March 31, 2020, please contact email@example.com.
Q. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
A. The cancelation policy of the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes is five (5) days prior to arrival. If you do not cancel five (5) days prior to your arrival you will be charged two (2) nights room & tax. To cancel your JW Marriott Orlando reservation, please do one of the following:
– call central reservations at 1-800-433-5402 and reference your acknowledgement number or hotel conference number and your last name
– use the following link and click on “Existing Reservations” in the top right corner and provide your acknowledgement number or hotel conference number and your last name
IMPORTANT: If you booked a hotel reservation outside of the JW Marriot Orlando, Grande Lakes, it is your responsibility to cancel and confirm the refund status on any deposits paid.
Q. I had 1:1 meetings scheduled with Model N sales and/or executives. What happens to those meetings?
A. We will make every effort to convert in-person meetings that were originally scheduled into phone calls. Your account rep will be in touch with you.
