Dafne Schröer is serving as Health Economic and Market Access manager for Johnson and Johnson in The Netherlands and is responsible for the entire portfolio including Joints, Bariatric, Sutures, Cardiovascular disease etc. She works cross-functionally with like-minded industry experts to shape policy for the local trade organisation, Nefemed from a market access perspective. She has a background in Behavioural Economics and Game Theory and likes to challenge the status quo in order to find new solutions to existing problems. Dafne has a strategic focus on setting up and implementing a standardised process on outcome based agreements across business units for the EMEA region.
