AMR Research Survey Reveals High Tech Revenue Management Best Practices

manufacturers, 82% of respondents agree that Revenue Management improves margins.

The survey focused on best practices in Revenue Management, including current business process performance and effectiveness of current Revenue Management processes, as well as market demand and the specific Revenue Management needs of manufacturers. Some key survey findings include:
- 77% of respondents view price execution and quote cycle time as top drivers impacting margins
- More than 50% indicate that a majority of their revenues are governed by contracts but almost half of these respondents do not track historical and current contract compliance
- 57% of respondents do not offer sufficient channel self serve on quotes and prices
- A majority of respondents are investing in or investigating Revenue Management
related solutions in the next 24 months
